F3 South Florida launched on December 21, 2024, in Hallandale Beach, led by Apehangers and Hansel after their experiences with F3 Race City and F3 Gold Rush. The first workout began in a parking lot off Hallandale Beach Blvd, briefly relocated from an unexpected spot to a Winn-Dixie lot, and drew five PAX. The group found its permanent home at Ingalls Park on January 3, 2025.
Today, F3 South Florida offers free workouts for men, along with fellowship through happy hours, coffeteria, volunteer service, and CSAUP events.
F3 workouts are free and open to all men, regardless of fitness level. They are group-focused, led by a member known as the “Q,” and last 45 minutes on weekdays and one hour on Saturdays. No equipment is required beyond bodyweight, though workout clothes and gloves are recommended. Workouts take place at churches, parking lots, and public parks across South Florida, usually before sunrise to fit busy schedules.
While workouts bring most men into F3, fellowship is what keeps them coming back. Camaraderie is built early in the “Gloom,” especially through the Circle of Trust, where PAX share names, nicknames, and connect as a group. Fellowship continues beyond workouts through post-workout coffee, social gatherings, races, GORUCK challenges, and CSAUP events—long, demanding challenges designed solely to strengthen bonds among PAX, locally and across the F3 nation.
