We have the opportunity to change our community and the trajectory of our families. Getting in the best shape of your life is just a byproduct. For those of us who have experienced F3 firsthand, the workout was why we first showed up, but the relationships and community with other men are what keep us coming back. TIPS FOR YOUR FIRST WORKOUT (WE CALL IT POSTING)
So, you got past our favorite excuses and showed up (that’s what matters). At F3, we train together because strong men need strong relationships. We’re here to build better fathers, husbands, and leaders. Isolation isn’t strength—community is. Here’s what to know for your first workout:

Go at your pace and modify when needed. Push yourself, but don’t get discouraged. This isn’t a competition—it’s about showing up and giving your best. And yes, we’re proud you made it out early.
